VOCATIONAL SERVICE
Carl Pinto, Director

Career Day/Development Promote efforts by club members to help people prepare for and find useful work.  Sponsor Career Day Program in cooperation with Upper Merion High School.
Upper Merion Scholarship Fund Award Scholarships to commendable Upper Merion Area High School seniors,  Including the K of P Rotary "Pranab Goswami Service above Self" award.
Club Awards Recommend to Board of Directors, outstanding individuals in recognition of Service Above Self to either the King of Prussia Rotary or the community aas recipients of the Carl Beck and Paul Vaughan Awards.
Upper Merion Police & Fire Awards:  Awards Upper Merion Police Officer and Fire fighter who have shown exemplary service to our community.

Classifications (Listings & Talks) Make an annual classification survey of the community. From the survey, compile a roster of filled and unfilled classifications. Review existing classifications represented in the club. Schedule periodic Classification talks by members.

Carl Beck Award - Presented in recognition of outstanding vocational achievements as a professional and businessperson in the local community, exemplifying Rotary’s object and ideals.

 

Paul Vaughn Award - Presented in recognition of significant and extended contributions to the local community in a manner that exemplifies Rotary’s Four Way Test.
