2012 Taste of Suburbs

Hold Harmless Agreement

 

Any vendor serving alcohol at the Taste of Suburbs Event is to fill out the Hold Harmless Agreement

 

___________________________ will be a participant in the "Taste of the Suburbs" event sponsored by the King of Prussia Rotary Club, the King of Prussia Rotary Club Foundation, and the King of Prussia Volunteer Fire Company, on March 25, 2012 at the King of Prussia Mall.

 

____________________________ hereby certifies that we are a licensed provider of alcohol for our routine business operations and are compliant with applicable licensing and insurance regulations.

 

____________________________ hereby certifies that servers of alcoholic beverages, at their stand, shall  be trained in safe alcohol service. This shall include alcohol awareness training, which teaches servers how to recognize and prevent intoxication, how to deal with guests who have overindulged, and how to meet legal responsibilities related to alcohol service (a/k/a TIPS training or equivalent).

 

____________________________ recognizes that the King of Prussia Rotary Club and King of Prussia Volunteer Fire Company will post signs reminding patrons to "drink responsibly", and prepare for a designated driver from their group.

 

_____________________________ hereby acknowledges that the official alcohol policy for the event is to discourage over-consumption and have a designated driver or alternative transportation plan should an attendee over-consume.

 

Each vendor expressly understands that they are donating their time and materials for this Event. Each vendor agrees to completely hold harmless the King of Prussia Volunteer Fire Company and the King of Prussia Rotary Club and the King of Prussia Rotary Club Foundation, King of Prussia Associates and their respective board of directors and board of Trustees from any and all liability that may ensue from this event including but not limited to food borne illness, alcohol related injuries or personal injury involving the vendor and /or guests.
