CLUB SERVICE - Division One
Salvatore Alfano, Director

Membership Chair Assist the board in investigating the eligibility of all persons proposed for membership. Encourage members to propose new members, present a program on membership development, hold a special guest day or recognizing members who have brought in new members and hold prospective member receptions to stimulate potential membership growth.
New Member Induction Conduct new member Induction’s. Responsible for having appropriate materials for new members at induction ceremony
Speakers / Club Programs Scheduling and organizing speakers or programs for weekly club meetings.
Membership Roster/Club Manual Maintain club membership roster. Add new members, update current member information, and distribute periodic updates. Update membership with Bylaw/Constitution changes or membership changes.
Sargent-at-Arms Greet members and guests as they arrive for weekly luncheon meetings, and record financial records of same. Introduce visiting Rotarians and Guests to club as well as leading the invocation and pledge for the meeting. Schedule periodic Classification talks by members.
Public Relations Promote clubs achievements, activities and Rotary awareness via the media.
CLUB SERVICE - Division Two
Bob Hart, Director

Legal/Audit Provide annual review and audit of club operating and foundation finances.
Krown Prints Collect information, edit and publish the Krown Prints Newsletter on a monthly basis. Encourage participation from club in submitting events and happenings of the club and its various committees.
Club Trainer Working with club leaders to educate newer Rotarians on the club and Rotary International as well as helping to develop future leaders of the club. 
Club Web SIte Administration Create and maintainsthe Club's Website. Coordinate Rotary International's, District 7450's and our Club's Web sites.
Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Rotary Years of Service Provide monthly recognition of members’ services, birthdays and anniversaries.
Social Media Sharing of events, happenings and other information pertaining to the club to various social media outlets
