CLUB SERVICE - Division One

Archives Reviews and updates club archives file.
Club Manual Periodically update club manual with By-Law/Constitution changes and member information changes.
Classifications (Listings & Talks) Make an annual classification survey of the community. From the survey, compile a roster of filled and unfilled classifications. Review existing classifications represented in the club. Schedule periodic Classification talks by members.
Membership Dev./Integration Assist the board in investigating the eligibility of all persons proposed for membership. Encourage members to propose new members, present a program on membership development, hold a special guest day or recognizing members who have brought in new members. Periodically remind members of membership goal. Oversee the orientation of new members during their first year in the club. Provide information about the responsibilities of Rotary membership to new & current members.
Legal/Audit Provide annual review and audit of club operating and foundation finances.
Prospective Member Reception Hold prospective member receptions, inviting prospective members with the purpose of informing them about Rotary via questions and answer from other veteran Rotarians.
New Member Induction Conduct new member Induction’s. Responsible for having appropriate materials for new members at induction ceremony (pins, folders, badges, etc. to be obtained from Secretary)
Attendance File monthly attendance report with District. Encourage attendance at regular club meetings, district conferences, district assemblies, etc., and provide information on make-ups if unable to attend regular club meetings. Keep all members informed on attendance requirements, and follow up with those members with low attendance.
Membership Roster Maintain club membership roster. Add new members, update current member information, and distribute periodic updates. Keep roster of name badges updated for the Sgt. at Arms.
Sargent-at-Arms Greet members and guests as they arrive for weekly luncheon meetings, and record financial records of same.

Gundaker Fundraiser Contact point for club’s participation in fundraising events for Gundaker Foundation. Promote events and sells tickets to club members.
Public Relations Promote clubs achievements, activities and Rotary awareness via the media.
Krown Prints Collect information, edit and publish the Krown Prints Newsletter on a monthly basis. Encourage participation from club in submitting events and happenings of the club and its various committees.
Programs Prepare and arrange programs for regular and special meetings of the club. Promote participation from club membership in selecting programs.
Guest Introductions Introduce visiting Rotarians and Guests to club.
Invocation and Pledge chedules a club member to perform the weekly invocation and Pledge of Allegiance, and make suggestions for special invocations.
Photography Takes photographs for Krown Prints, Website, archives of induction’s, presentations, speakers and the like.
Club Web SIte Administration Create and maintainsthe Club's Website. Coordinate Rotary International's, District 7450's and our Club's Web sites.
Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Rotary Years of Service Provide monthly recognition of members’ services, birthdays and anniversaries.
