2012 Taste of the Suburbs (hereinafter referred to as "Event")
Food/Wine Agreement
Date: Sunday, March 25, 2012
Location: King of Prussia Mall
Event: Leading restaurants from the region will be presenting the culinary creation of their own selection. Leading wine vendors will be presenting their selection of fine wines. Attendance will be approximately 400 attendees. Proceeds benefit the King of Prussia Rotary Club charitable foundation. The King of Prussia Rotary Club Charitable Foundation supports local groups such as the King of Prussia Fire Company, the Bridgeport Fire Company, the Upper Merion Area High School scholarship fund as well as national and international groups such as Make a Wish Foundation, Rotary International Polio Eradication,
Purpose: Raise money for the King of Prussia Rotary Club's Charitable Foundation as well as provide a fun and lively event for the community whereby leading food and wine vendors can demonstrate their own Taste of the Suburbs.
Vendors: Each vendor shall receive two 8 foot long tables as well as electrical access. All other equipment, including but not limited to food preparation equipment, dishes, cutlery, napkins, plates, etc shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor. Each vendor shall provide serving to accommodate an anticipated crowd of 400 guests.
By agreeing to the terms contained herein each vendor agrees to be a part of the Taste of the Suburbs. All vendors are authorized and encouraged to promote the Event within their own establishment and/or advertising. Should any vendor later become unable to participate in the Event they hereby agree to notify the King of Prussia Rotary Club no later than Tuesday, February 1, 2012. In consideration of the terms contained herein, the King of Prussia Rotary Club and Vendor hereby agree to honor the terms contained herein.
